Customers of Starion Energy will continue to receive one monthly bill from their local utility company. All payments should continue to be made directly to your local utility. Starion Energy does not offer budget billing.
Current customers can obtain the price per kWh that will be charged 12 days prior to the close of their billing period by sending an email to DEcustomer@starionenergy.com. Please allow one business day for a response.
EMERGENCY OR POWER FAILURE CONTACT
In the event of an emergency such as a downed power line, contact your Local Utility immediately.
