Starion Energy, Inc. completed a food drive for the Middlebury, Connecticut Community Food Bank.

Employees at the company's headquarters in Middlebury held their annual food drive and donated over $1,500 in food and health care items, including spaghetti sauce, canned soup, stuffing, pasta, rice, fruits, vegetables, shampoo, tooth brushes, toothpaste and much more.  The collection ran between November 3rd and November 18th, and was presented to the Food Bank.

Duane Gereski, Marketing Director at Starion Energy said, "Every year we challenge ourselves to find ways to help local children and families in need."  "Our goal this holiday season is to provide pediatric patients with comfort, enjoyment, and support while they are receiving inpatient and outpatient care", added Lisa Schmidt, Office Manager at Starion Energy.

"The owners and employees of the company always step up and find ways to make a difference in the community", Gereski shared.  The toy drive will run through December 18th.
